You’ll have a great time, but don’t take our word for it…

Our second visit to Wakatobi has been as good as the first, and it certainly will not be our last. Very pleased with the villa — everything was very well prepared and maintained. Thanks to the attentive and hard-working housekeeping crew, landscaping staff, and butler team (the towel animals were a nice surprise each day!). The food was as good as we could have asked for. Thank you to the kitchen staff on both the service and food preparation side. The dive guide was attentive and great to dive and hang out with, and the AOW instructor was an extremely patient and great teacher. The cake was delicious and a wonderful surprise to mark the AOW certification. Thank you all and we will be back!

Our dive guide was a great snorkelling guide — knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic. The dining room staff were always very friendly and the food options were plentiful and delicious. Our butlers took excellent care of our room. We look forward to coming back. The sarong-tying class was very informative too. Beautiful resort, well maintained, and excellent staff — friendly, professional, and great at their jobs. We really appreciate their dedication and engagement. Facilities and dive equipment are top-notch.

Excellent! Every detail was taken care of. I particularly liked that communication was excellent — staff were well informed and eager to make my stay a wonderful experience. The arrival greeting with the Bali staff was a really nice extra touch. After several flights and many hours of travel, it was lovely to have someone greet me and make sure I was informed about the transit procedures.

Wow, wow, wow! Sensational reefs, wonderful people, great resort. We will definitely be coming back.

You have done an excellent job with The Residence. The time we spent here was superb in quality and comfort. Once again, excellent staff especially with food and service — we appreciate all the sambals, soups, and local cuisine. Butler service was five stars. The reef looks very healthy. Would book again.

We enjoyed a fabulous week on the Pelagian! When I had an accident early in the week, our cruise director was great — she and the captain made arrangements for me to see a doctor, and everything was handled perfectly. I then enjoyed the pleasures of the yacht and all the dive stories when my husband and everyone returned. All said and done, it was great even considering I only got to dive a couple of days! The service, the food, and the care — I guess I’ll have to come back!

It was a wonderful diving holiday. Everything was great — the accommodation, the food, and last but not least the diving. We’ve been diving all over the world, and this was the best we’ve experienced so far.

Service was impeccable! The food was just lovely and so creative — all the extra detailed touches, like the beach scene with coconut balls! Our dive guide was absolutely superb, and our snorkel guide was informative — I loved how she gave a new creature focus every snorkel. I learned so, so much! The diving, boat setup, and attention to detail for the whole resort was outstanding. Such beautiful and pristine dive reefs and environment. We appreciate and commend the resort’s founders, along with their teams, for what they have accomplished here for the community, for the marine environment, and for creating such a beautiful, exquisite experience for visitors. Friendliest people I have ever met. I felt like the staff were members of my family. The dive team was professional and very safety-conscious. The dive boats are roomy and very stable in choppy seas.

Every time I come here I can always greatly enjoy my stay, even without trying! The rooms are always squeaky clean and fresh, just perfect when you come back from diving and want to relax.

The resort is a perfect mixture of nature and humanity, with natural, but managed wildlife everywhere. The cleaning actions of dive guides and gardeners show the good impact the resort has on its sensitive, natural surroundings and the will of the resort community to make this corner of the world a better place, for both nature and guests.

All crew members, no matter who or where, are always friendly and welcoming, leaving a great impact on every guest. One of the reasons I love to be here are the dive guides. Each and every one of them is so smart and kind! I have known some of them for three years now and they are part of the reasons we come here. Well done and great job to them! One guide I just met this year is one of the resort’s best dive guides and the greatest bubble-ring maker teacher ever!

A haven of wellbeing in a paradisiacal diving area. Very personal all-round care — every wish is taken seriously and every effort is made to fulfill it. The food is first-class and extraordinarily varied. The staff in all areas are very warm, endlessly helpful and attentive. The Turtle Beach Bungalow was beautiful and the large sheltered terrace was very much appreciated. There is also a great selection of vegetarian dishes. The dive crew is likewise outstanding.
