Most excellent resort from start to finish! Thank you for everything, especially the restaurant, chefs and their excellent cooking. I love that the staff greets guests by their first name! I don’t know how you remember 70 guests all the time, but all the staff genuinely looked out for us. Boat crews were most helpful and the service with gear is such a load off guests – more time to enjoy the resort. Housekeeping was perfect. Thank you!

All I can say is both the resort and vessel are magnificent! Wonderful staff and accommodations. I am leaving too soon!! Thank you for an outstanding trip and hope to be back soon.

My experience on the Pelagian & at Wakatobi Resort has been nothing less than phenomenal. The service is top notch and unmatched anywhere in the world, especially in such a remote location.

Pelagian – the team was amazing. They took such good care of us and the diving was amazing. I could not have asked for a better week on a liveaboard.

Wakatobi Resort – Amazing all the way around. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the dining staff knowing every person’s name to the décor in the sand to the amazing spa staff.

Wakatobi Diving – Our dive crew was amazing and absolutely the BEST! A visit to Wakatobi and a sail on the Pelagian is a life-changing experience you will never forget!

Everything & Everybody were exceptional all the way down to the gardeners.  Everyone went out of their way to greet you with a “Hello”, “Good Morning”. And were very helpful.

I really did love my stay here. Wakatobi has thought of everything. The many small details do not go unnoticed. The diving is stunning, the dive masters are top tier, our guide was excellent. He found creatures great and small while also pampering his divers between dives. I will never forget his delicious ginger honey tea! The boat crew was perfectly trained and anticipated our every need. The waka boats are beautifully appointed and perfect for a diver needs. The local staff are delightful, always ready with a smile and a greeting. The restaurant staff were lovely, everyone is greeted by name. Amazing! They know all of my food allergies. The food was fresh, delicious and there was plenty to eat for the vegetarians of our group. The kitchen even made sure there was vegetarian snacks on the dive boats. All in all, this is a very special place. The nature is amazing, but it is the staff that makes it shines. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Our sixth visit was another exceptional time for us. The resort continues to amaze with a level of care and concern that we totally enjoy. Any issue—which were few—was resolved with diligent timing. The smiling welcome at the restaurant was only the start to a great meal. The food always brings exclamations, enjoyment, and satisfaction, and our food issues were always handled with care. On and to/from the boats and jetty, the dive helpers really pitch in to ease our dives. From helping pull off wetsuits to checking gear, we truly felt the whole team was there to ensure a great dive, and their enthusiasm is much appreciated. Our dive guide was exceptional at finding fish and creatures, and his care and concern really made the trip the experience that it was. We most definitely will be requesting him for our next trip. The sign above our villa door is “Home away from home.” And Wakatobi is.

We booked the Residence. A very luxurious villa with excellent service. It combines one of the best diving areas in the world with one of the best luxury experiences in the world. But the most important thing is the idea behind the resort: 5 stars for everything.

The staff are wonderful – they treat you like royalty!

The entire experience is unmatched anywhere – the food was gourmet – the keep staff always there to ensure you were taken care of. Diving is an experience I have not had even with 600 dives. The close personal service of the dive master was excellent. The facility is impeccable and you do a good job in controlling the mosquitos in the area. Thanks for making my dive vacation memorable and taking good care of us. As in the word: Boutique Service!

Staff is amazing, Food is fantastic, rooms are excellent. Diving is great and dive boats are best I’ve seen.
