“From the assistant at the Bali Airport to the dive staff, restaurant team, housekeeping and the grounds people, everyone is attentive, personal and professional. We cannot praise them enough. There was a great variety of food, and it was all prepared very well. We never left hungry. There was also a nice variety of snacks on the dive boat, and always plenty of them. The peppermint hot wash clothes and dry towels after every boat dive were a big hit and we never turned them away; something to look forward to after the dive. Our bungalow was more than we expected. Beautiful, spacious, great outdoor shower area and dry rack. The jetty bar and happy hour were a must-do.”

Our experience was fantastic. The reefs, fish life and corals are among the best in the world. The room was lovely, and the food was quite good. What really stands out most is the quality of the service which puts even the fanciest hotels to shame. The attitude of the entire staff was superb. They were helpful, friendly and genuine. The “relaxed elegant” vibe was great. This is our first visit, but we will be back.
