It was wonderful to visit once again. The staff, from the dive guides, boat crews, office staff, dining staff and to the housekeeping team – everyone, without fail, makes the experience superlative. Excellent service. All our needs were met with many addressed that were above and beyond. All the creature comforts were considered.
Our dive guide is a treasure. No one could be more enthusiastic, more helpful, or considerate. She is a star on your staff.

The dive guides are very special. Service and food in the restaurant are above and beyond, special requests, front desk and villa service too! Can’t come up with any suggestions to improve service.

The best vacation we have ever taken! The service was top-notch everywhere on the resort, from the front desk to the dive center, the restaurant, the housekeeping team, and most of all the dive team and crew on Wakatobi IX. The food was always delicious and fresh too. Our bungalow was so comfortable and wonderfully appointed.
The diving was even better than we could have hoped for. Our excellent guide always made sure we were ready and equipped to have the best dive of our lives every time. Wish we could take him with us in every diving trip we go on!  
We can’t wait to be back!

From the time we arrived in Bali to the time we left, Wakatobi staff were there to take care of us.  The accommodations were luxurious, and the food was fantastic. For us though, the best part was the diving. The guides knew the sites and understood the dive preferences of the guests. Overall, Wakatobi is the highest quality resort in a quiet remote location.”

We have traveled many lovely places but none so beautiful and service-oriented as Wakatobi. All the staff, from the dive team to restaurant staff to housekeeping to garden crew, were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. And the SPA staff were also wonderful. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. Thank you for making it wonderful stay. And special thanks for the beautiful “Villa Cynthia” sign. I was surprised and touched.
