5th trip to Wakatobi and Pelagian, and it continues to give us everything we are looking for in a dive holiday. Beautiful villa, friendly staff (nothing is too much trouble), delicious food, nice weather. Love the folded toilet paper every time I visit the toilet! We are made to feel very welcome and enjoy catching up with so many of your long-serving staff.

After our last dive, we have voted our dive guide as our best and most informative dive guide EVER! She is a great asset to your dive team. She planned our dive profiles according to what we most enjoyed and made sure we were OK every dive.

We would like to give another shoutout to our dive guides. They made our dives exceptional. Of course, the other staff both at the resort and Pelagian were also exceptional. The best of all the liveaboards or resorts we have dived with. Thanks for an amazing dive trip. It was truly a world-class experience.

We would like to say thank you to the wonderful staff at Wakatobi. You left us wanting nothing. The airport arrival was so helpful and our entry into Indonesia stress-free. This is the 5th time we have been here, and it was wonderful again. You feel comfortable, and everyone is so friendly, but not “artificially” friendly. You have the feeling that you have friends around you. The entire staff— from the butler, dive guide, restaurant staff, to the gardener— are just absolutely professional, extremely helpful, and always in a good mood. Our dive guide was so great. She made every dive a special experience for us. Also, the whole boat crew from Wakatobi IX was always very helpful, fast, and friendly, just great. The whole package was perfect for us. We will certainly come back for a 6th time. This is what makes vacation fun.

I really enjoyed the stay here. Everything was excellent. The service is top-notch. The operation is extremely organized. The staff spends a lot of time and effort keeping everything clean. The whole dive team, including our guide, were amazing. He explained the sites well. We appreciated the small dive groups.
